JR Web Studio grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the wordpress templates sold through this website (http://www.jrwebstudio.com) by JR Web Studio in accordance with these Terms & Conditions issued by JR Web Studio.
1. Theme Licensing & Usage
All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like.
Many of our themes use JavaScript libraries, which may carry their own license. The Javascript libraries that carry their own license are therefore not licensed as GPL.
2. Theme Design
Theme design for our themes come packaged seperately and are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under JRWebStudio.com. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
3. Updates
Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase.
All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
4. Browser Compatibility
Our themes support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer. Whilst we strive to give every a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers. In the case of a browser not support certain web standards, we will include a generic workaround for that browser, which will degrade a specific function / feature gradually and in a way that doesn’t affect the user experience negatively.
5. Delivery
After a succesfullr payment, your will recieve an emaile with a download link and information to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website.
6. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JRWebStudio. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
7. Refund Policy
Since JRWebStudio is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the theme purchase is made.
8. Support
JRWebStudio offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself, the only support JRWebStudio offers is the online forum ( http://jrwebstudio.com/support/ ) where you can post your problems or difficulties you might have.
9. Warranty
JRWebStudio does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that JRWebStudio templates will work with all browser combinations.
